Ahmed is a Fluvial Geomorphologist with over 12 years of experience in a variety of projects, including geomorphological assessments, erosion hazard assessments, development of designs for channel and habitat rehabilitation, site remediation and the construction and implementation of channel designs. He can set priorities, manage projects, complete technical analyses, and present findings in a coherent and concise manner.

A Professional Geoscientist, Ahmed has worked with municipal and land development clients, on projects ranging from municipal class assessments to Endangered Species Act Overall Benefit permits, to planning development applications. Ahmed has experience with field data collection, data analysis, hydraulic and hydrological modelling, design preparation and reporting, as well as providing support with the preparation of contract documents. Additionally, Ahmed has been involved with providing on-site supervision and guidance during construction, and with the design and inspection of erosion and sediment control plans.
