Ms. Gilder is a Senior Hydrogeologist with 20 years of experience in water resources. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Earth and Environmental Sciences from the University of Toronto.

Her background includes hydrogeological site characterizations, Class Environmental Assessment hydrogeological investigations, construction dewatering assessments, Permit To Take Water and Environmental Activity and Sector Registry applications and renewals (>40 applications/renewals), groundwater under influence of surface water investigations, Source Water Protection studies, groundwater supply explorations, large-scale groundwater monitoring programs, and water balances.  

Clients have included municipal, provincial and federal clients in infrastructure, transportation (both rail and road) as well as private developer projects of varying scales and scopes. She has also worked with clients in construction, legal firms, conservation authorities, manufacturing, mining, power and nuclear. 

She also has experience in project management, database creation and management, field data collection, client and regulator liaison, data analysis, and report preparation and review, and hydrogeological peer reviews.
