Benjamin is a Professional Engineer with 10 years of experience working with municipalities throughout the GTHA. His expertise includes infrastructure planning, subwatershed studies, master servicing studies, functional servicing reports, and land development processes. He understands the Municipal Class EA process and has worked on Class EAs in every Phase both from a technical and communications standpoint. He has supported on stakeholder and public communication and engagement for several municipalities including the Region of Peel and the City of Niagara Falls.

Benjamin has also supported a number of development applications in Toronto and across Southern Ontario. These developments include a variety of industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects, with projects ranging from site plan applications to subdivision applications. As a Project Engineer, Benjamin provides technical assistance in delivering civil engineering design solutions for various land development projects. He has a commitment to strong project communication and a strategic approach to site servicing and stormwater management.

Benjamin is an experienced leader who has led multidisciplinary teams to complete projects within scope. His excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key when negotiating through decision processes, and scope changes.
