Chaodong is a senior water resources engineer within GEI’s water management practice area. He has more than 20 years of experience and his background includes experience in both public and private sectors, locally and internationally. He has worked on many stormwater management projects—including watershed management and environmental impact assessments.

Chaodong has been involved with several land development related projects, focusing on – but not limited to – water resources management, from floodplain mapping to municipal servicing facility design.
