Natalie is a restoration ecologist with a decade of work experience preparing restoration plans across Southern Ontario. She has been the project manager and/or lead ecologist on numerous environmental management plans, planting plans, edge management plans, ecological monitoring plans, and natural feature compensation plans.

Natalie has completed the Ecological Land Classification (ELC) and Ontario Wetland Evaluation Systems (OWES) certifications. She is a Certified Arborist and has a Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).
