James is an experienced infrastructure planner specializing in water, wastewater and stormwater master planning and asset management. James has over 20 years consulting experience split between the UK and Canada. James helps municipalities with long term infrastructure planning and asset management projects, enabling robust operational, capital and growth planning for his clients. James is a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager (CIWEM), a member of the institute of Asset Management (MIAM) and a registered Asset Management Professional (AMP). James is passionate about the infrastructure industry and volunteers considerable time to industry organizations and events. James is a board director for the IAM Canada Chapter and is the technical program committee chair for the IAM North American Conference to be held in Toronto in October. James is also a member of the WEAO/OWWA Asset Management Committee. Currently, James is project managing a Class EA Pollution Prevention Control Plan (PPCP) for the City of London, Sanitary Sewer Master Plans for the Town of New Tecumseth, the City of Peterborough and the City of Ottawa, a growth management strategy for the Town of Caledon and is involved in several other projects in various roles.
