Chris is recognized as a leader in Class EA Studies and specifically Master Servicing Plans across Canada with a focus in Ontario. He has influenced significant growth management studies and servicing programs for the largest growing municipalities across the Greater Toronto Area as well as small to medium-sized municipalities. He is called upon to provide expert witness duties for Infrastructure Planning on behalf of our clients. He has also provided leadership in follow-up financial exercises including Development Charges and Rate Studies.
Chris has significant hydraulic analysis, modelling and asset management skills. He has led many model development and calibration projects as well as leveraged hydraulic analysis tools for servicing studies. His asset management projects include significant policy and principle development, frameworks, as well as several linear and facility infrastructure condition assessments.
Chris continues to leverage his municipal design and construction project experience primarily for water, wastewater and stormwater pumping stations, watermains and sewers. His design and construction experience proves invaluable in developing tactical and implementable solutions under Class EA and Master Plan studies.
