Andrew is a highly experienced professional engineer with a proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, improve processes, manage intricate projects, and lead cross-functional teams. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked with personnel at all levels, from shop floor to senior management, focusing on project management, maintenance management, and reliability engineering practices.
Andrew has extensive experience in implementing various initiatives such as roadmap development, maintenance management plan development, reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), preventive maintenance optimization, hierarchy development, criticality analysis, asset strategy development, project execution models, planning and scheduling processes, root cause analysis, and reliability analysis. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in developing and implementing maintenance and reliability programs for organizations including several municipalities and companies in the public and private sectors.
Andrew leads GEI’s Reliability and Maintenance Management services within the Asset Management Practice. He is a Level 1 RCM Practitioner, a Certified Reliability Leader, a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, and a member of PEMAC. Most recently, Andrew represented PEMAC at the Global Forum for Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) to help develop version two of the Asset Management Landscape document.
